Changing one rule does not prove that all affected pages are crawlable and indexable. Cached responses and other directives can still matter.

Start with the evidence

Retest representative URLs, response headers, robots rules and canonical destinations. Check whether required resources are available and whether the page contains its real content.

Make the change deliberately

Document the new public state and submit suitable follow-up checks when authorized. Report indexing as a separate observation rather than marking it complete at deployment time.
