BENCHMARK ENHANCED WEBSITES

Start with a complete business website. Add deeper capabilities only when useful.

Every Benchmark website includes the technical essentials. Projects, Knowledge Center content, and multi-location architecture are added only when the business and evidence justify them.

SCOPE BEFORE WORK

Custom-built around the individual business.

Business identity, services, locations, schema, metadata, customer actions, analytics, and backend signals are established and reviewed for the customer—not inherited from another company.

BENCHMARK WEBSITE LEVELS

Start with a complete business website. Add deeper features only when they are useful.

Every Benchmark website includes the technical essentials that should be present from the beginning. Projects, Knowledge Center content, and multi-location architecture are added as the business grows—not used to inflate a basic website quote.

WEBSITE DIRECTION PREVIEW

See a custom direction before committing to the complete website.

For qualified website prospects, Benchmark can create a private, non-indexed preview specifically for the business. A one-page preview is $495; a two-page preview is $795. The preview includes desktop and mobile direction, preliminary messaging, navigation, customer actions, and one reasonable revision.

The preview is not a published website and does not include completed integrations, extensive copywriting, live forms, full schema, analytics, or launch. If the customer approves a Benchmark website project within 30 days, the preview fee is credited in full toward the approved website package.

CUSTOM-BUILT, NOT TEMPLATE-SWAPPED

Your website is built around your business—not inherited from someone else’s.

Benchmark does not launch websites by dropping a new logo and colors into a prefilled industry template. Each website is designed and configured for the individual customer. Business identity, services, locations, schema, metadata, canonical URLs, contact routing, analytics, and other backend signals are established and reviewed for that business so incorrect information from another company or location is not carried into the finished website.

Reliable development components may be used to improve consistency, accessibility, and performance, but customer-facing content and business-specific backend information are not copied from another customer’s website.

ESSENTIAL BUSINESS WEBSITE

Starting at $3,500

A complete, professionally built website for a business with one primary location and a focused set of services.

Unlike a standard template website, this entry level includes business-specific local identity signals, schema, crawlability, measurement, and search and AI readiness designed to support stronger local visibility from launch.

  • Core homepage, about, service, and contact structure
  • One primary business location
  • Responsive design and clear customer-action paths
  • Proper schema, metadata, canonical URLs, and social-sharing data
  • XML sitemap, robots guidance, and crawlable page structure
  • Analytics, conversion tracking, and Search Console readiness
  • Privacy, terms, and complete professional footer
  • Foundational search and AI readiness

Projects, a Knowledge Center, multiple location pages, extensive content production, and ongoing management are not included in this level.

ENHANCED WEBSITE + PROJECTS

Typically $5,500–$7,500

Everything in the Essential Business Website, expanded to show completed work and strengthen the proof behind the company’s claims.

  • Project or case-study system
  • Up to eight initial project entries with galleries
  • Before-and-after presentation where appropriate
  • Stronger service-to-project internal linking
  • Testimonials, proof, and enhanced conversion paths
  • Expanded structured data for eligible content

ENHANCED WEBSITE + KNOWLEDGE CENTER

Typically $7,500–$10,000+

A deeper website for businesses that need to answer customer questions, demonstrate expertise, and build a durable content structure.

  • Knowledge Center categories and reusable article structure
  • Initial educational content scoped in the quote
  • Related-content and deeper internal-linking structure
  • FAQ and article structured data where eligible
  • Expanded entity consistency and AI-readable guidance
  • Content expansion and publishing roadmap

MULTI-LOCATION WEBSITE

Custom scope, generally $10,000+

A connected website system for businesses that must represent multiple real locations without duplicating or confusing their public identity.

  • Individual location pages with unique business information
  • Location-specific schema, maps, hours, teams, and contact paths
  • Service-area and market structure
  • Location-aware navigation and lead routing
  • Volume pricing when several locations share an approved structure

WHY CUSTOM VALIDATION MATTERS

Backend errors can quietly cost visibility, leads, and customer confidence.

In reviews of public multi-location business websites, Benchmark has found errors that were largely invisible in the page design but could affect search visibility, lead routing, and the information customers receive.

WHAT CAN GO WRONG

Problems found in public business websites.

  • A location page carrying another location’s address or geographic information
  • Branch telephone numbers missing from LocalBusiness schema
  • Location-page schema pointing to the company homepage instead of the branch
  • Multiple locations combined into one confusing business record
  • Incorrect, contradictory, or invalid business hours
  • Customer forms naming or routing to the wrong location
  • Location pages missing canonical URLs or structured data
  • Generic titles and descriptions reused across different markets
  • Active location pages accidentally marked noindex
  • Content or image descriptions inherited from another location

HOW BENCHMARK REDUCES THE RISK

Business-specific checks before and after launch.

  • Business information configured specifically for the customer
  • Individual verification of every included location
  • Page-specific schema, metadata, and canonical URLs
  • Phone, address, hours, and map cross-checks
  • Form, contact path, and lead-routing testing
  • Indexing, robots, and sitemap validation
  • Search and AI-readiness review
  • Prelaunch and post-launch verification

These errors can send customers to the wrong location, route inquiries incorrectly, prevent important pages from being indexed, weaken the information available to search and AI systems, and create uncertainty when a customer is deciding whom to contact. Benchmark’s process is designed to prevent inherited business data and catch business-specific errors before they become customer-facing problems.

CUSTOMER OWNERSHIP

Your business should own its digital property.

The customer registers and owns the domain name, registrar account, analytics and search accounts, and public business profiles. When a customer does not yet have a domain, Benchmark can guide the registration and complete the technical connection, but the registration, payment method, renewal responsibility, and ownership remain in the customer’s name.

LAUNCH, CARE & PROJECT UPDATES

Know the one-time and optional continuing costs before work begins.

Website Launch & Infrastructure Setup is $495. Domain research and guided registration are $150 when needed, plus registrar charges paid directly by the customer. Optional Website Care is $99 per month and Growth Care is $199 per month.

The Enhanced Website + Projects package includes up to eight initial project entries. Additional launch projects are $200 each. After launch, customer-ready entries are $125 and managed entries are $250 each, or four for $800.

Website pricing is one-time and scope-dependent. The $3,500 starting price applies to a controlled Essential Business Website scope with usable customer-supplied business information and assets. Copywriting, content migration, additional service or location pages, custom integrations, initial article and project volume, photography work, and ongoing publishing or management are quoted separately. Landing Page Systems and Local Boost listing work remain separate services unless a combined proposal states otherwise.

START WITH EVIDENCE

See the direction before committing to the complete website.

The Free Visibility Snapshot is a reviewed preliminary look at public information. Paid work begins only after the findings, scope, and price are clear.
