What we collect

When you request a preliminary assessment, we collect the business name, market, requested scope, your name and email address, and any website, location count, or phone number you provide. We also review publicly available business and website information relevant to the request. A normal website visit may create basic technical logs used to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use submitted information to receive and review your request, contact you about that request, prepare and send findings, and discuss a proposed scope if you ask for further help. Our protected Benchmark business systems may store the request and review history. We do not need your website or account passwords for the free preliminary assessment.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, and review tools may process information for these purposes. Public web sources may be consulted during an assessment, and AI-assisted tools may help organize findings; a person reviews customer-facing conclusions. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive ordinary browser request information.

Keeping and correcting information

We keep request and business records as needed to provide the service, manage our business, and meet applicable record obligations. If your contact or business details are wrong, or you want to ask about access or deletion, email bill@benchmarklocalboost.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
