BENCHMARK LAUNCH VERIFICATION REPORT

Know what was checked before you approve your website launch.

Every website and landing-page build package includes a Benchmark Launch Verification Report: a clear summary for business owners, a detailed page-by-page technical appendix, and verification of the published site after launch.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR WEBSITE

A documented review of your approved project.

The report is included in Essential, Projects, Knowledge Center and multi-location websites, campaign landing pages, and salesperson or sales-team page builds. It does not add a separate report fee. Launch infrastructure, domain assistance and provider charges follow your approved quote.

For a custom integration, the report covers the agreed application and connection scope, with the existing provider’s responsibilities and restrictions recorded.

CLEAR RESULTS, WITH THE DETAIL BEHIND THEM

One report. Two levels of detail.

Your complete report is delivered privately for your project. This page explains the deliverable and the approval process. See an example from our own website →

LAUNCH VERIFICATION SUMMARY

Understand the launch decision.

  • Approved scope, page inventory, review date and website version.
  • Completed checks, unresolved issues and the recommended next action.
  • Customer facts and content requiring your confirmation.
  • Dependencies, exclusions and any recorded exceptions.

PAGE-BY-PAGE TECHNICAL APPENDIX

See what is configured on each page.

  • Page URL, title and character count; description and character count.
  • Canonical URL, indexing instructions and HTTP response.
  • Business and service identity, applicable structured data and social tags.
  • Relevant link, image, mobile, accessibility and agreed form checks, with dates and evidence references.

Search and AI readiness.

We record your approved policy for search discovery and AI model-training access, then review applicable robots.txt rules, page and response-header indexing instructions, sitemap coverage and observable hosting restrictions. The report identifies what was checked, the provider guidance date and any limitations. We also check readable page content, clear business and service descriptions, consistent contact/location information, stable canonical URLs and accurate structured data. Provider-specific search, training and user-requested retrieval behavior are documented separately where applicable. We review any supplied AI discovery files against the approved page inventory; their presence is not treated as proof of indexing. Configured access does not guarantee crawling, indexing or inclusion in AI answers.

Automated checks supported by manual review.

Automated checks help identify missing or duplicate metadata, inconsistent URLs, malformed structured data, broken references and layout problems. Manual review checks whether the information fits your business, the content reads correctly, the customer journey works and any exceptions have been explained.

Results are marked Verified, Needs correction, Pending live verification or Not applicable. A skipped or unavailable check is explained; it is not presented as passed.

Accurate business data comes first.

We review the legal and public business names, approved contacts, services, locations and service areas against your approved information. LocalBusiness markup is used only for applicable approved physical locations. Titles and descriptions are reviewed for clarity and length; character counts are writing guidance, not fixed search-engine limits.

SELECTED REPORT EXCERPTS

Example: Benchmark Local Boost’s Own Website

Reviewed October 3, 2026. A short example of the results a business owner receives. These excerpts describe our own website at the time reviewed.

OWNER-FACING SUMMARY

The published pages matched the approved setup.

All 16 public pages returned successful responses and their published metadata matched the reviewed source. The recorded browser suite passed 68 checks across mobile, tablet and desktop profiles.

Coverage matters: metadata checks covered all 16 pages; direct browser rendering checks covered 12 pages. These results describe the checks performed, rather than certifying every possible website behavior.

ONE FINDING AND NEXT ACTION

AI search access and training permissions need separate decisions.

Finding: our current public crawling policy generally allows automated access. An explicit owner decision about model-training restrictions had not been recorded in this review.

Next action: confirm the preferred training-access policy separately from search discovery. Being accessible to an AI system does not guarantee that it will recommend the business.

Your own report explains completed checks, findings, limitations and next actions for your approved project. The complete report and technical appendix are delivered privately to each customer. Public examples show selected excerpts to protect confidential project details.

BENCHMARK QUALITY GUARANTEE

From the first line of code to the final report.

We stand behind the quality of the complete website we build for you: planning, code, design, content implementation, technical setup, agreed functionality, testing, launch and the final Benchmark Launch Verification Report.

A clear promise about the service you receive.

We build to your approved scope and business information, review the design, content and code implementation, and resolve launch-blocking defects before publication. If an agreed deliverable, verification or report item is missing, Benchmark completes or corrects that included work. Unless your Order Form states otherwise, report reproducible defects in the approved delivered scope within 30 days after launch for correction without an additional correction charge.

The guarantee covers the entire Benchmark-built website or landing-page deliverable in your approved scope. For a custom integration, it covers the complete application and approved connection we build, with existing-provider dependencies recorded. New requests, changed preferences, new content, third-party changes and customer-caused account or DNS changes follow the approved scope and change process. It does not promise rankings, indexing, leads, revenue or third-party approval.

Current practices. Supported technology. Built to last.

We keep our development practices current and choose supported, well-maintained technologies suited to your business and production platform. Security, accessibility, performance, compatibility, customer ownership and long-term maintainability guide those decisions.

We evaluate new technology before adopting it. Continuing maintenance and future feature or platform upgrades after handoff follow your selected care plan or a separately approved scope.

WHY WE VERIFY THE DETAILS

A polished website can still tell conflicting stories.

In a public review of three websites operated by an established multi-location company, our analyses documented conflicts in location information, page metadata, structured business data and customer routing. Valuable content and brand recognition were present, but important details did not consistently agree.

That experience reinforces our launch process: review what customers see, check the technical information behind the pages, document the findings and verify the published result. This anonymous example describes review findings; it does not imply the company hired Benchmark or that repairs were completed.

REVIEW → APPROVE → VERIFY

Your approval is tied to a specific website version.

1 · BEFORE LAUNCH

Review the preview and report.

Confirm your business facts, claims, content, photographs, contact information and agreed customer actions. Review open issues and requested changes. Benchmark remains responsible for performing and documenting the technical checks.

2 · APPROVE PUBLICATION

Record what you approved.

Launch approval identifies the preview, report revision, included pages, approved website version and any expressly accepted non-blocking exceptions. Changes affecting approved content or functionality are reviewed before publication.

3 · AFTER LAUNCH

Verify the live website.

We verify applicable production URLs, HTTPS, redirects, indexing instructions, sitemap and agreed customer actions. Production-only checks are recorded after publication. You receive the updated report showing live results and any remaining actions.

Scope and responsibility stay clear.

The report documents the agreed website or application at the time reviewed. It is not a guarantee of rankings, Google indexing, AI recommendations, perfect accessibility or uninterrupted third-party services. Comprehensive accessibility certification, penetration testing and continuing monitoring are included only if separately scoped.

Customer approval confirms business information, content and authorization to launch; it does not require you to validate code or take over Benchmark’s technical responsibilities. Launch-blocking defects must be corrected before publication. Any accepted non-blocking exception is identified in writing.
