The direct answer

A reviewer name should correspond to an actual review. The record needs enough detail to show which version and claims were checked.

What to check

Track the article ID, reviewer, review date, sources checked and unresolved questions. Separate an assigned reviewer from a completed review.

What to do next

Publish reviewed-by attribution only after the review is complete. Keep factual corrections and later revisions in the record so an old approval is not silently applied to new content.
