Check substrate flatness, panel size, handling route, cutting, mortar coverage, movement joints, seams, and installer qualifications.
Large panels can be damaged during transportation or lifting when correct frames and suction equipment are not used. The substrate must be exceptionally flat and stable. Mortar must achieve the required contact without large voids. Edges and cutouts require careful finishing.
