The resin and mineral construction limits liquid absorption. Applying an unapproved sealer can create haze, uneven gloss, or residue. Routine cleaning should use the quartz manufacturer's approved products. Seams, sink joints, and caulk still require maintenance even though the slab itself does not need sealing.
