What the checks measure.

• Readiness: access and clear business information, assessed separately from AI appearances.
• Discovery: mentions and exposed website citations in the sampled non-branded answers.
• Accuracy: whether business identity, services, locations and contacts are correct.
• Competition: competitors appearing in the same tests and their cited sources.

Branded questions are reported separately and never inflate discovery rates. A mention, citation and explicit recommendation are distinct observations. Rates include their eligible sample counts; missing access is marked not tested, never a failure.

Weekly checks. Evidence you can review.

One business, one primary location and market, up to 20 agreed questions across two agreed accessible AI platforms, checked weekly with two samples per question/platform where available. Use the same core questions and documented conditions each week. Record platform, date, location context, search mode and model where disclosed. New questions or changed conditions are reported separately.

Week 1 provides the baseline; weekly follow-ups run through the included period, with a final check at day 90. Each update records what changed, completed corrections, unresolved inaccuracies and the next action. Summaries around days 30 and 60 accompany the final day-90 comparison.

Available answers and source links support findings. Confirm supported platforms, access, question set, schedule and reporting delivery before activation. No unsupported platform is promised. Repeated samples help identify patterns but do not represent every customer or prove that a change caused an outcome. Identifiable referral visits and leads are reported only when authorized analytics provide that evidence.

Included work and clear boundaries.

The initial and final AI Visibility Audits cover the agreed business and website scope. Within the approved delivered website scope, Benchmark corrects its implementation errors without an additional fee. Recommendations are included; substantial redevelopment, new articles, paid listings, third-party outreach, account recovery and outside-provider implementation are separately quoted.

The customer confirms accurate facts, provides authorized access and approves changes. Search-crawler access and model-training permission are reviewed separately; no blanket opening of all bots is required. Private content and customer records are never submitted as test prompts.

Additional locations, markets, languages, platforms and expanded question sets require a quote. A website upgrade does not restart an already-used monitoring period; any remaining allowance or new entitlement is recorded in the upgrade order.

After 90 days, you choose.

Enhanced and Enhanced Plus include the first 90 days at no separate charge and do not require a care subscription. Business Starter and Essentials may select monitoring for $99/month. The same monthly scope is available for optional continuation after the included period.

Paid monitoring is month to month with 30 days' written notice to info@benchmarklocalboost.com, unless the accepted Order Form states otherwise. No automatic paid continuation after the included period. Monitoring is a separate service from Website Care, Growth Care, listing subscriptions and website installments. Your approved order itemizes selected services once, applicable discounts and any separately approved work. A monitoring payment does not count toward website payoff or Local Boost repair credit.

Benchmark commits to the agreed testing, work and reporting. AI platforms control their answers; recommendations, citations, rankings, leads, revenue and improvements within 90 days are not guaranteed.
