Benchmark Materials Studio · Website review

Optional Modules

Optional modules are designed to work alongside Benchmark Materials Studio’s enhanced website. They are separately selected and configured; the demonstrated website and its approved package do not automatically include software subscriptions or live integrations.

Benchmark Local Boost

Supports the paths that help people find the business: accurate local records, listings, reputation information and visibility monitoring. It works alongside the website; it does not replace the website or promise rankings.

Why it matters: Customers can find consistent contact and service information before deciding to get in touch.

Example: A customer finds the business through a local listing and reaches the relevant website page or contact route.

Availability & setup: Optional service. Confirm locations, listing access, approved business facts, reporting scope and ongoing responsibilities. No managed listing service is activated by this demonstration.

Benchmark CRM

Connects website inquiries with customer records, an assigned team member, appointments, permanent notes, communication history and follow-up tasks.

Why it matters: The team can see who owns the next action and avoid losing context between conversations.

Example: Assign a service inquiry to the appropriate person, retain the customer’s stated need and record the next follow-up.

Availability & setup: Optional software and connection. Company/user setup, permissions, data mapping, inquiry delivery and receipt must be configured and verified. This demo does not create a live customer record.

Benchmark Re/Engage + Customer Care Alerts

Supports configured communication across the customer lifecycle: inquiry, appointment, estimate follow-up, preparation, completed work, care information and review invitations. Customer Care Alerts bring incoming concerns to the assigned person and designated management, with dated notes and responsibility through resolution. It can work with CRM or independently.

Why it matters: Routine follow-through has a clear process, while concerns receive a personal response.

Example: Prepare a reminder for an agreed appointment or service milestone, then an approved follow-up after completion; route a reported concern for staff review.

Availability & setup: In development / pilot preparation. Live automated messaging is not active in this demo. Sender setup, customer preferences, permission, pause/stop controls, reply handling and delivery tests must be verified. Review invitations must not depend on positive feedback.

Custom Business Applications + Customer Portal

Adds a separately scoped tool around an agreed workflow, such as a protected project summary, document exchange or customer updates. It can connect to an existing operational system where a supported integration is available.

Why it matters: The business can support the next stage without presenting a public website as a live operational system.

Example: Give an authorized customer access to the approved information for their own request or project.

Availability & setup: Proposal option only. Define records, access, privacy, ownership, supported integrations, costs and acceptance tests before implementation. A secure portal is not activated by this demonstration.

Business-specific options

Customer catalog connection

Configure the verified company, approved website and catalog source.

Why it matters: Protects company boundaries and keeps estimating data private.

Example: Confirm the actual Benchmark Materials Studio workflow and its responsible owner before choosing this addition.

Availability & setup: Optional business-specific extension. Agree scope, costs, supported provider, access and verification separately. Existing demonstrated features are not charged or included again by this list.

Supplier adapters

Map a separately authorized supplier feed to the normalized import contract.

Why it matters: Imports remain private until reviewed. CSV/JSON are supported now; XLSX/XML/provider APIs require an adapter.

Example: Confirm the actual Benchmark Materials Studio workflow and its responsible owner before choosing this addition.

Availability & setup: Optional business-specific extension. Agree scope, costs, supported provider, access and verification separately. Existing demonstrated features are not charged or included again by this list.

Customer website deployment

Package the catalog renderer and protected API for the approved customer website.

Why it matters: Configure identity, storage, domain, media rights and static product SEO for that customer before activation.

Example: Confirm the actual Benchmark Materials Studio workflow and its responsible owner before choosing this addition.

Availability & setup: Optional business-specific extension. Agree scope, costs, supported provider, access and verification separately. Existing demonstrated features are not charged or included again by this list.

How the connections fit together

Local Boost supports discovery. The enhanced website helps a visitor understand the offer and prepare a question. An agreed CRM connection assigns follow-up; a supported estimating workflow helps prepare the proposal; Re/Engage is being developed to support reminders and aftercare. Each handoff needs its own verified setup.

Agree the scope before activation

The proposal identifies selected modules, locations and users, supported workflows, record ownership, permissions, setup and ongoing charges, support and acceptance checks. Existing systems may remain the system of record. Start with the smallest useful connection; the list does not change an approved package or signed agreement.

Approved package

This demonstration includes six fictional materials. Protected administration supports validated drafts, imports, publication and rollback. Customer website activation and supplier connections remain separately approved.
